Product: OMEN 15-dh0103tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My fans are not working properly after connected and disconnected from the motherboard for cleaning. My fans still spin but very slowly and not nearly enough to cool my laptop. Software such as SpeedFan cannot detect them either.

 

Additionally, possibly related, I cannot open Omen Gaming Hub. Reinstalling if it and HP System Event Utility did not fix it.

 

Some solutions that I have tried include reconnecting fan cables, removing battery to restart the CMOS, and reinstallation of many stuffs. My BIOS and OS are also up-to-date. I appreciate any help and thank you in advance.
