( My laptop gets automatically shutdown after it reaches at 40% battery level and did not start until i plug in my charger. When charging level reaches at 80%, my charger gets automatically disconnect for 2 to 3 seconds and reconnect again. This happens for 6 to 7 times continuously and after that when charging level reaches at 95% battery level, it shows "plugged in, not charging". I have performed HP hardware diagnostic test for battery and Adapter but both passed the test with OK report. I have also performed the other methods of battery calibration, battery removing and installing. Nothing worked so far. Please help me to know what is the reason of this problem.)
Now i am showing my battery voltage test. Have a look and tell me what is the problem?

Same thing is happening to my pc also I did test too but in my case it showed a failure id. You can try this battery check-- (https://support.hp.com/in-en/topic/diagnostics?category=computing)
