Pabilion Gmaing cx-0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 cx-0xxx. Suddenly, one day I noticed the hinge started making a cracking noise. After a few days, the plastic started to come off from the screen. See the image below:-

The condition of the screen is worsening day by day and the hinge also makes noise when i try to close the laptop. The hinge is also inclined towards the left side. See the image below:

I am very disappointed by the quality of material used by HP. It is not accidental damage. The laptop was handled carefully but the HP support guys told that it is not covered in warranty. Can it be fixed? If yes then what will be the approximate cost?

Please tell me. I want it to get fixed ASAP. It is getting worse day by day.
