Hi, Can someone assist me on my support ticket? I had sent my Laptop to HP to fix a broken key. Its about 1.5 months and i still dont have a definitive ETA of when I will get my laptop. Earlier it was mid April, then end of April. Now website says mid-May. Can someone advise why fixing a key takes 2 months?
