Product: Pavilion DV-7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop will not run off ac power. The battery charges, but when I use the laptop connected to the ac, the battery drains like it is not plugged in. My guess is a system board that allows the battery to run the pc, but will not allow the ac to power the pc. Hoping to get some answers before pulling the system board out to look for burnt electronics.
