Probook 450g2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Probook 450 G2 doesnt respond to charger when switched  off and can be powered on normally. it only powers ON in two ways. 1. When the battery is removed and in the process of inserting the charger the lights just flash if u immediately  click  the power button it switches on. If you delay for more than 2 seconds it wont power on.

2. When inserting  the battery. This only works when the charge is disconnected and it also happens in the process of inserting  the battery (before its fully inserted) that the lights come on if you immediately press the power button it switches on. if you delay  for more than 2 seconds  it wont power ON.

NOTE. You cant power it ON when battery is full inserted, with both charger and battery, when charger is full inserted. In other words you can switch it the normal  way, it needs the above mentioned trick to power it ON.

It wont charge or show any light if its OFF, the moment it switches  on it starts charging. And if you switch it OFF whilst  the charger  is still connected it will continue  charging and you dont need the above mentioned  trick to switch it ON. You can just simply press power button and it comes ON.

What could be the problem and solution  to this problem. Thank u
