Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have purchased HP omen 15 inch laptop, with in a year of usage of the laptop it stopped working, after the complain they have mentioned it because copper corrosion. Upon asking they clearly mentioned that this is not your fault but company will not be able to cover any kind corrosion cases. I have informed that I use 3 companies laptop 2 dell and 1 Lenovo but from last 6 years but never faced any issues like this. Also, I have taken up the extended care pack at that time of the purchase just for extra safety. Now I am not able to run the device on which I have spend almost 1.2lkah rupees. No solution is being offered by the HP. If this is the customer support and services HP offer even the device is under warranty, Then I should re think on inventing in hp products.
