HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

My battery charge is stuck at 39%.

It recognises that it's plugged in and 'charging' but it won't go beyond 39%.

When I unplug it it also doesn't drop below 39%.

I've tried 2 different charging cables so I know it isn't that.

I've only had it a month so it's not that the battery is old or damaged.

Any tips?

Thank you for your help.

I tried it all and it's still the same.

The reports say the battery is fine and healthy. But for whatever weird reason it's still saying it's stuck at 39%.

Thanks
