My laptop: hp 14ac130tu... It has 4 gb ram, 1tb hdd... 1) Does it have 2 separate ram slots?
2)Can i add another 12gb ram to make it total 16 gb ram? Will it cause any problem?
3)Does it have separate ssd and hdd slot? Can i add 1tb ssd with the existing hdd?

A1. Yes it has 2 slots of RAM.
A2. There is NO 12GB RAM stick, they only make 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8gB, 16GB ..... Therefore you need 2 x 8GB to have 16GB. You can use the following compatible RAM (you can find at many good computer shops):

A3. No, it does not have second slot for adding SSD. You have to replace existing 2.5" HDD drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD drive using
