Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own a brand new hp pavilion 15-eh3xxx. When I plug it in, it starts freezing every minute or two. It only freezes for a few seconds and goes back to normal, it gets really annoying when Im playing games but the issue happens regardless if Im playing a game or not. I think it happens because the cpu overheats when its using its full power.

It only happens when the computer is plugged in, works normaly when unplugged.

I have amd adrenalin software up to date, BIOS is up to date too.

Changing the power plan doesnt seem to work.
