OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R1AV)

Very slow laptop performance when charging via 100W Type-C.
Conditions: 1. Battery charge below 50%. 2. Charging from a 100W Type-C adapter (tested and fully functional, meeting all specifications).

The issue: When the Type-C charger is connected and the battery charge is below 50%, the laptop becomes extremely slow, with the processor frequency limited to 1 GHz. As soon as I disconnect the charger and run the laptop on battery, the performance returns to normal.

I believe this might be a software setting, but it’s a strange solution, as it makes the laptop almost unusable while charging via Type-C when the battery is below 50%. This is very frustrating. Is there any solution to use the laptop fully without these restrictions?
