Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not a 100% sure if this is a hardware issue so I aplogise if this is wrong place to put it.

 

I was using laptop and left it for a few minutes to go into another room to do something. Came back and the screen looked like this. Sorry photo is sideways,  not sure why. Is this a fault in screen? Do I need to just call HP for repair? Only had Laptop about 6 weeks.

Can anyone advise the email address for the CEO of HP in UK? Or even postal address here in UK. Have had horrible experience today trying to get my screen sorted, been accused of all sorts by people I spoke with.
