Hello. I am in the process of setting up my new HP 15 Pavilion Laptop Windows 11 and can't get any further than the "Choose privacy settings for your device" page.
It says to choose your settings and then select "Accept" to save them. I can't click on anything and there is no "Accept" button; just a "learn more" and a "next" button. I can't click on any of these buttons either.
I also can't get out of this page, so I cannot find the serial number to add a new device to my account and I can't have HP search for the new laptop info because I am using another device to access HP Support.
Can you please help me? Thank you.

Look on the box your laptop was delivered in.
The serial number is also on the bottom of your laptop.
It is in the group of tiny characters with the Product name and Product number.

I just had the same problem, and fixed it by plugging in a USB mouse! I plugged it in after shutting the computer down so I don’t know if it’ll work if you plug it in while already at that screen, but it at least worked for me to do so while restarting it.
