Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V1AV)

I recently got my HP laptop repaired. It had an issue restarting automatically when it entered sleep mode on random occasions. I was able to get the repair setup before my warranty expired(It took about 2 weeks for the whole repair process to complete). They mentioned they solved it by replacing the motherboard. After I got it back 2 days later, my laptop starts to just randomly have a black screen. I was incredibly worried because I thought I had lost all the work I was doing. I was lucky to be able to shut the device off forcefully and then tried pressing the power button to turn it on. I had to do this multiple times until it worked.

I thought this was a one and done thing, but it happened the very next day randomly. So it looks like they created a new issue that is even worse than original. I now live in constant fear that my laptop is going to randomly just show a black screen. I have the case number for the original issue, but I can't seem to contact live support anymore due to my warranty expiring.

Is there a way I can get this repaired? While I'm not under warranty anymore, I don't see how it's fair to claim that a laptop has been fixed and return it in an even worse condition than originally sent.
