@SaifulRIPSEUan, It's great to hear from you again.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned you get a battery life of 30 minutes when it is on battery saver mode.
I hope you had read the article I had shared with you in my previous thread about understanding more about lithium-ion batteries.
Battery life will vary depending on the product configuration, product model, applications loaded on the product, power management setting of the product, and the product features used by the customer. As with all batteries, the maximum capacity of this battery will decrease with time and usage.
Refer this article to know more information about understanding lithium ion batteries.
If the issue still persists replace the battery on your laptop.
I'll keep an eye out for your response.
I hope you have a great day! 🙂

Hey @MrRobot
But, my laptop is just 1 year and 10+ months old and i had not used the battery that much, maximum time i use the laptop with AC power,so, my battery should be not that weak. Please see more solutions for me,i think the problem is somewhere else.

@SaifulRIPSEUan, It's great to hear from you again.
Thanks for getting back to us.
A life of battery would decrease eventually just like your smartphone does.
So the warranty on the battery will be always one year from the date of purchase of the laptop even if you buy an extended warranty the battery will not be covered.
As the battery test on your laptop passed there is nothing much I can do from my end.
You have to replace the battery on your laptop to get an extended life.
Take Care!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Just go to the contol panel/power options/change plan settings/advanced/processor power management/maximum power state, set: on battery-65% and plugged in-65% and then go to system cooling policy, set on battery-passive and save the changes. The problem is solved.
