The battery health check and everything keeps saying that my battery is fine and normal but as soon as the battery reaches around 65% the laptop shuts down. Please help me with this issue, I've almost tried everything

Have you done a battery calibration?
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2268927-1713329-16
Please run the battery report and post the summery
you run the battery report by bringing up the administrator command windows "cmd" and running powercfg/batteryreport as shown below
After entering that explorer line you should see something like the following. You will have to click on it as it is long
http://stateson.net/docs/SP4_battery-report.html
You can use the WindowsKey + shift + S to copy and paste a small image.

I tried calibration but through the method shown in the video link (through memory>extensive test>....)
I don't get the option of battery calibration when I only test the battery(I tried enabling it through bios but no advanced setting there to enable Battery Health Management thing....)
In conclusion: It didn't work!!
(The battery capacity keeps dropping...it was around 25k in the morning)

The battery report is suspicious. The serial number should be listed. There should also be a cycle count. There are only 3 days shown of battery usage plus the stated design is less then what is reported.
This does not look good, you may have a counterfeit battery.
Alternately, you may need a bios upgrade if you know for a fact the battery is genuine. Bios upgrades are dangerous. What is your model or product ID?
Go here and put in your product id
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/
look for part number of battery
verify your battery has the exact part number although that does not prove the battery is genuine.
