I bought my HP notebook almost 2 years ago and I have had the battery replaced twice
the battery is fully charged but whenever I remove the power cord it shuts down immediately
I ran the support assistant's battery test and it said battery was functioning normally but calibration is needed so I went into hardware diagnostics and calibrated the battery
even after doing that it says calibration needed
I have tried to power cycle the laptop but that didn't change anything
I would appreciate some help regarding this issue
