Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my HP Envy today for a few minutes and then closed it. I walked away and a few seconds later smelt something burning. Smoke was pouring out of my laptop and a rectangular area of melted into the plastic on the bottom. The laptop was not plugged in at the time. Am I eligible for a replacement laptop?
