Product: Omen an188nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem with my Omen 17-an188nr laptop. When I plug in my charger there are sparks flying out of the port and I receive a shock! There is a strong burning odor as well. I don't know what to do. This has happened to a previous laptop as well. The computer is out of warranty and I don't know what to do. This is becoming a fire hazard. 1900.00 computer that I am afraid to use!
