Product: HP laptop touchscreen

Model: HP 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop with Intel Core i3-5005U 8GB RAM 1TB HDD Windows 10. My laptop starts smoking when I plug in my charger (I’ve tried a different charger as well). My warranty has expired.  Can this be fixed or is this irreparable? Thank you.
