My hp laptop turns off automatically even if it has sufficient battery level .
I tried doing the power plan setting and also updated the bios neither of them helped and also tried removing battery for 15 sec and trying to turn on laptop but nothing really helped ..what could be the issue, is it the one where cells inside battery is damaged if so then is there any way to replace those cells or have to purchase a new battery

You want to run a diagnostic test on the battery and get the full advanced output on its condition.

If the battery is over 2 years old then odds are it needs replacement. You do not want to even think in terms of replacing battery cells. Its pretty much a replacement of the whole battery as that would be cheaper than trying to rebuild a battery.
