Hello, can the ram and memory be upgraded on my computer? i tried searching in crucial system advisor and nothing showed up. Any help is greatly appreciated

1. RAM: Normally RAM is memory. It has 6GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM) now, ou can upgrade to 16GB (max) using 2x8GB such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b
2. STORAGE (not memory): It has a slow 1TB 5400RPM hard drive, you can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB using 2.5" SATA-3 SSD such as
(a) 1TB: https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1/ct11416234 or
(b) 2TB: https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct2000mx500ssd1/ct11371566
