Hi Paul,

unfortunately the news are not too good. I received at last all the parts and put them in the computer. Unfortunately, the computer boots, but i get no image either on the computer screen nor using the hdmi output. I started removing all the parts (battery, ram, hard drive, wifi card) one by one and all together at the end, but it did change anything: the laptop boots, the keys F5 and F11 get illuminated and the F10 blinks a couple of times before the fan start blowing like crazy. Oh, and the orange AC led remains on (not blinking) (battery charging ?).

Would you be able to help me diagnosing the source of the problem or should i open a new thread?

Your help is appreciated.

Nicolas

Hi, Nicolas:

I'm sorry to read that your notebook doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you figure out what the problem could be, and I recommend that you start a new thread.

Hopefully, someone will be able to help you out.

Paul
