I have had this laptop for roughly 3 years now. I ran a diagnostic test on my battery and it said that the battery is discharging too quickly and must be replaced. I bought a new battery (TF03xl 1.55v 3470mah) and replaced it, however immediately after this, i found that the laptop would not fully charge. I ran a diagnostic test which said that the adaptor and battery are both working but the battery must be calibrated. I then attempted multiple times to charge my laptop to 100% for the calibration, even leaving it over night one time but the laptop would simply not reach full charge. The most it would every get to was 48%.
I assumed the battery could be faulty and ordered another battery brand new. I did another diagnostic test and the results were the same (battery is working but needs to be calibrated). The laptop will still not charge to 100% . The red charging light and the symbol comes on but after every 10 to 15 seconds, the light disappears and it stops charging, then 5 seconds later, the red light and charging symbol automatically comes back on. I have tried turning the laptop off and leaving it with the ac adaptor plugged in for 5 hours, but it had only charged to 24%
I have also tried installing the bios again but that has made no difference.
How can i fix this problem?

Hi@Aqeel_M-1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Pavilion X360 will not charge after replacing battery twice. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- For Testing and Calibrating the Battery please click this link
Try changing the power mode to "Balanced" or "Better Performance" as the default setting.
Now go to "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options" > "Change plan settings" > "Change advanced power settings"
Scroll down, click on "Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Setting" > "Config TDP Level",
Then select the middle value for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In".
Scroll further down. Select "Processor power management";
Then select "Maximum processor state";
Change the value from 100% to 96% for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In" options.
