HP Laptop 14
  • Hi, I bought a HP Laptop 14 6 months ago. All was running properly but today, my laptop won't charge and turn on. At first, i want to charge my laptop while i was watching youtube in it. But the battery indicator stay off, and it's not charging. I panicked a bit so i shutdown my laptop so it won't die in 0% battery percentage. I tried to switch to different electric source but it won't charge. The light went red for 2 seconds and went off, and when i tried to turn it on, there is white light blinking 3 times. I wish there is a solution to this so i can save money and time. Thank you

This could be a hardware issue with the battery component and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
