Product: ProBook 450, EliteBook 840 & ZBook

We have working in Gallagher Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Co. We have faced many times Laptops parts replacements under ADP Policy. Continuously we are waiting for almost 1 or 1.5 month for resolution. Can you please check actual TAT for this resolution.
