Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY x360 - 15z-ar000 series laptop and it has starting issues in the morning. You have to press the power button 5-10 times power on the laptop. Not to worry, I'll be glad to assist you with this case.

Did any hardware changes take place on the laptop before this issue started?

Meanwhile, during my research, I came across the following steps that should help:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the AC adapter.
  • Power ON the laptop.

If the issue persists then you may update the BIOS on your laptop via this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87001-87500/sp87179.exe

NOTE: Please have the charger connected to the laptop while updating the BIOS. Because the BIOS update must not get interrupted due to the battery draining out.

I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Let me know how it goes.

All the best! 🙂

This issue was solved, after using for 12 days updating this. It's an issue with BIOS I think, not updated since I bought this Laptop.

thanks
