HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0090wm

Hello.

11/18/2020 I bought HP Pavilion. Four years passed and the left hinge is broken.

It was never dropped. I used it only at home for study.  I read that NUMEROUS people have had this same issue.

Of course, it happens after the warranty runs out.  I am hoping someone will be able to help.

Thank you for your time.

Hi @Andrii_Laptop

Fours years is a very respectable time for a laptop to last.

The warranty expired many years ago, according to what you have written.

You have a few choices.

You can replace the laptop with another one or replace the parts of the upper and/or lower enclosure that are damaged.

Both options will have out of your own pocket costs.
