A little over two years after purchasing the laptop, the left side hinge broke, caused the back cover to "pop out" and the screen to shatter. A quick search showed that this is a common issue with the HP ENVY x360

The warranty expired 10/2022, but would my laptop still be eligible for repair considering this is a design flaw/manufacture issue?

Hello

When I access the provided link and enter my region and language (Switzerland/German) I keep getting the following error message:

"Leider können wir derzeit nicht feststellen, ob für Ihren Standort Optionen für Support-Mitarbeiter verfügbar sind. Sie können andere Ressourcen verwenden oder es später noch einmal versuchen.

Die dargestellten Ergebnisse gelten für: Schweiz / Deutsch" ("Unfortunately, we're unable to determine if support agent options are available for your location at this time."). Is there any other way to contact HP support for my region?
