Similar to another post in this forum - we purchased the above computer for my daughter. And then the lcd started to get difficult to open and finally the hinge broke on the left side. Currently its taped together in the open position and can not be closed. We also purchased it at Costco
We are out of warranty and really just looking to see how we can replace this. The computer itself is phenomenal and very happy with it. Its going to get very difficult to take it to school in August if the screen is open and I would like to avoid purchasing a new computer.
Thank you,
