Today when I was done with my work I closed the lid of the laptop as I do every time but suddenly I fell some resistance while doing so. The hinge was miss aligned and suddenly the left portion of the screen had a big crack. I bought the laptop about 2 years ago and as I went through the internet I read so many such cases and their were cases where people were provided free repair of the screen. I request HP to

kindly look into the matter and help me out. 

If anyone from India had the same problem and found a solution please help me out. Please guide me on how to fix this problem.
