The left-side keys of the in-built laptop keyboard sometimes do not work. The Keys [A,Q,Z,Caps lock,1,Esc, Tab, Shift] do not work. Sometimes after switching on the laptop they work. Sometimes they donot. Sometimes they donot work throught the session and once or twice, they have started working after two minutes. Need advice/help

Sounds like a hardware issue. Is your laptop is still under a warranty? If it is you should ask for repairs by HP authorized service company in your area.
If it is not under a warranty, and you feel confident in your abilities, you can try to repair it by yourself.
You need to open laptop using guidelines from this service manual , reseat flat cable of the keyboard into connector and lock it.
You can also go an extra mile and clean contact pad at the end of flat cable with cotton buds dipped into isopropyl alcohol. Just rub it a little and let it dry out completely (!) before reconnecting the keyboard and reassembling laptop.
Just be very careful and patient, there is no rush.
If you are not confident you could do it, then it's better to take laptop to a PC service shop.
