Hi. I bought used spectre x360 14 from 2022. After 2 weeks of use lower case poped out rignt next to usb port. I tried to snap it back into it's place but I just can't. I tried many times but it seems that something blocks it from snapping back.

If you have the option to do so, take it to the seller and get your money back.
If that is not an option, take it to a laptop shop and ask them to fix the issue.

I just want to find the cause of this issue. Knowing hp, it may be battery. It has 225 cycles. It's not a lot, but lipos can be unpredictable. Even if I had option to return this laptop, it war a great deal in my country. Also, I still have warranty so if this issue is covered by it, then I will use it.

The laptop's battery is not a LiPo. It is a lithium Ion battery. They are not the same.
255 cycles is actually quite a few.
What is the born on date for the battery?

It is rare for used laptops to come with a warranty.
Is it a refurbished laptop?

Start a warranty repair case if you have an active warranty. You will need to provide HP with the laptop's serial number.
