While opening my Notebook, it felt slightly difficult to open and the plastic base cracked and the locked hinge popped out, causing the plastic casing around the screen to pop off as well, leaving my entire screen just dangling by a wire attached to the base of the Notebook. I've seen this issue in several, several community support posts when I searched today, but they all are locked with no solutions posted to the topic. When I go to the HP Parts Surfer for my laptop, the parts that I need either show "N/A" or when I add them to the cart and go to checkout, it says the part is not orderable. What can I do?? This is my only PC for my remote job that is entirely online. HELP!
