Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce3007ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did a system test using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Window and the battery check got cancelled with the message

logic state: VERY_WEAK and charge state: OK

Can someone explain what this means?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Quote: "

(2) Download and install

HP Support Assistant

9.6.587.0 Rev.A138.6 MBJan 18, 2020Download

 

(3) Run HP Support Assistant > Battery Check

Results > Click on <Show advanced information>

--->>> Send screenshot

The battery is definitely defective and must be replaced for safety reasons !
