My hardware ID is as follows:
NUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_1033&PID_0194&REV_0004&SID_1618103C
I saw another post when I googled this where an HP tech gave a direct link to the driver and software, however as the post was from 2012 the links are now dead. 😞
None of the drivers from the site for this specific model work. I'm just getting "Unknown Device" in my Device Manager and I have a strong feeling it must be the webcam since I'm getting nothing in "Imaging devices".
Thank you so much in advance! You and your techs have been so helpful to our charity in the past. We receive these corporate machines as donations and they go to local children who don't have access to one in the area, so unfortunately for me time is of the essence. Thanks again. 😄

That first driver fixed my USB 3.0 Ports, so I appreciate that. However my camera still doesnt work even after trying the one you linke, the Universal Web Cam Driver and the Arcsoft Driver Manager. Any other ideas?

Hi, I'm sorry but can you clarify as to what you mean by what Hardware IDs remain? After installing those two drivers you gave me in the previous post, i have nothing remaining as "Unknown Device" if that is what you mean.
Also the "Imaging Devices" header where a webcam typically shows up i not even there.
