Product: Envy x360 m6 convertible PC

Hello. I received a notification pop up on my laptop on Saturday 8/22/2020 that said I was eligible for a customer loyalty promotion on a new HP laptop because my current ENVY laptop no longer has the parts available for repair.  I would like to use the discount now but I cannot retrieve the pop up. I clicked the button that said "remind me in 30 days" but I had a change of heart due to my audio issues and would like to use the discount ASAP since I will be having online classes soon. Thank you.
