I found the solution to this problem after a lot of work.

I went to the Device Manager and uninstalled completely, the pilot of the validity and the parameters. Then I opened my control panel and navigated to the list of programs, uninstall a program.

I uninstalled the program called 'validity WBF DDK" completely.

Then, I downloaded the driver for validity from the link:

 http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53001-53500/sp53369.exe

I installed the driver of validity first, and I chose 'Yes' when he was asked to replace all the other data that was there.

After that, I rebooted my computer and connected. (with password)

Then

  • Open Settings on Windows 10.
  • Click on Accounts.
  • Click on Sign-in options.
  • Under the “Manage how you sign in to your device” section, select the Windows Hello Fingerprint option.
  • Click the Set up button. Set up Windows Hello Fingerprint
  • Click the Set up button.

(other steps is straight forward... )

 Thanks God, it worked.

I hope this helps if you have the same problem, I've had.
