Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the ram on my laptop.  I cant find a service manual to tell me what will be compatible. Laptop model is a 14-dk1032wm and I know it comes with a 4 GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM. I am trying to Go to 16GB of RAM.

Your HP Laptop 14-dk1032wm (33K34UA) can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
