Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of the usb ports on my OMEN is loose-when I plug a drive in I can wiggle it around. Is this common and is there a fix? Thanks.

What is the model number? Loose usb ports unfortunately do happen frequently as it is easy to apply pressure with a usb device on the port's internal structure. In addition to the model please tell us which USB port is the problem as repairs vary. On some there is a daughterboard that is fairly easy and cheap to replace and on others the usb port is soldered to the motherboard in which case it is a serious repair.

I understand "wear and tear", but this is the first occasion I've had to use the second port. Have there been any reports of manufacturer defect?
