Hi,

I bought a HP wireless keyboard a while ago and I think I've lost the USB Bluetooth adapter that I would plug into my laptop to use the keyboard. What's the easiest way of getting this replaced? Through HP or a Third-party?

Hi @Radetzky

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you have Lost USB Bluetooth adapter, In order to buy it at the earliest you can reach out to the HP Store or any third part vendor.

Check the Original Packaging:

  • Sometimes, the product packaging includes information about spare parts and model numbers that you might need when ordering a replacement.

HP Parts Store:

  • Visit the HP Parts Store to check if the adapter is available as a replacement part. You will need the model number of your keyboard to search for compatible parts.

Third-Party Universal USB Bluetooth Adapter:

  • If HP does not provide a direct replacement, you can purchase a universal USB Bluetooth adapter from electronics retailers. These adapters generally work with most Bluetooth devices, including keyboards. However, ensure that the adapter supports the Bluetooth version used by your keyboard.

Take care and have an amazing day!
