Is it possible to upgrade space for the hp stream 14 the so called 28gb is full and it is all my system, how can I increase space, I tried micro SD card it is not working

orry, but these new PCs that come with only 32GB of storage use an M.2 SSD -- which is actually a stick of memory configured to act like a storage device.
There are serious problems in trying to replace these with larger SSDs:
1) Have to completely disassemble the PC in order to get at the SSD -- no longer a simple matter of removing a screw in a an access latch
2) Lack of External USB-to-SSD adapters -- so you can't hook up a new M.2 SSD to your PC and migrate your existing setup to the new SSD.
You're basically stuck with what you have.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here:
