In the manual of this product I have seen that the interface of M.2i SATA3. But, in this article I have seen an expert saying it supports NVME

You are not really understanding the Manual:

 

Manual 

 

M.2 slot is fully compatible with SATA or NVME M.2. Samsung 970 Evo Plus is a great choice. No bottleneck. Yes you can run with M.2 only and you do not need the hard drive as long as you put an OS on the M.2, obviously.
