Main board support for my HP ENVY

Hi Sirs/ Madam, 

I have this HP laptop I bought in the US for my son to be use for his college and expect to last until he finish his degree. To hear it without being fix is not quite appreciated. HP Philippines or Asia Pacific doesn't have the motherboard for the said laptop. Does anyone else do have a motherboard for HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-k100 CTO (ENERGY STAR)? Kindly please send me a link if I could buy one and send it to HP Philippines because they are not trying hard to get one.

It is a CTO machine therefore very hard to find its specs. It can be one of the following parts

• Intel Core i5-4210U 850M (1.7 GHz, SC turbo up to 2.7 GHz), 1600 MHz/3 MB L3, Dual 1 5 W for the FreeDos and Ubuntu Linux operating system part # 784331-001
• Intel Core i5-4210U 850M (1.7 GHz, SC turbo up to 2.7GHz), 1600 MHz/3 MB L3, Dual 1 5 W and the Windows 8 Standard operating system pat # 784331-501
• Intel Core i5-5200U (2.2GHz, SC turbo up to 2.7GHz), 1600MHz/xMB L3, Dual 15 W and the Windows 8 Professional operating system part # 784331-601

Since it is not working now, please check it label using the following way to get its Product code

         https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

and post back we can find its system board for you. Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n)

Hi Sir,

Thanks for reply. It is actually an i7 and Windows 8. See attached photos if it helps. I'm trying to ask HP Philippines where I sent my laptop for repair. They mentioned it was a system board and they can't find one in the Asia Pacific and all support are thrown out all in th US. Hope you we can find one for me.
