Horizontal numeric keys - other than 5 and 6 - are not working. This has been a recurring issue which used to get resolved by itself. However this time it is persisting.

I resolved a similar issue with my HP notebook's horizontal numeric keys by performing a keyboard sonic reset and updating the keyboard drivers. If the problem continues, you should seek professional repair services.

It's more about refreshing the drivers. In my case, updating the keyboard driver through HP's support site resolved the issue.
