Hello

I  have recently purchased an HP X Omni Book X Flip and discovered a manufacturing  defect .  there is a white

particle/spot trapped underneath the screen glass . It is visible even when the laptop is turned off.

Additionally , I noticed that the bezel  is not properly sealed . A thin piece of plastic /cellophane  can easily slide between the screen glass  and the frame, which suggests poor hermetic sealing . I believe this is how the  dust particle got inside .

The device is under factory warranty . I am located in Tajikistan . please advise on how can get the screen replaced under warranty .

Serial Number: VNY542CS94

this is the photos of dust and bezel gap

Dear Deep_World,
Thank you very much for your professional assistance and for acknowledging the issue. I truly appreciate your empathy regarding the bezel gap and the particle under the screen of my new flagship device.
As you recommended, I am ready to have the device inspected by an authorized service center. However, I am located in Tajikistan. Could you please provide the exact address and contact details of the authorized HP Service Center in Tajikistan (specifically in Khujand or Dushanbe) that is officially certified to handle warranty repairs for the OmniBook premium line?
I want to ensure I visit the correct facility that has the authority to process a screen replacement under the active factory warranty.
Thank you for your time and support

Hi @shohbek,

Thanks for your response.

I understand how important it is for you to reach the correct, authorized HP Service Center for your OmniBook X Flip warranty repair. The best way to find the exact address and contact details in Tajikistan (including Khujand or Dushanbe) is through HP’s official service locator tool.

Here’s how you can do it:

Steps to Locate HP Service Centers

  1. Click on this official HP link: HP Service Center Locator
  2. On the page, select your country (Tajikistan) from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your city (Khujand or Dushanbe) in the location field.
  4. The tool will display the authorized HP service centers near you, including their address, phone number, and operating hours.
  5. You can then contact the center directly to confirm warranty repair eligibility for your OmniBook X Flip.

I hope this helps.
