My laptop (HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)) has 16GB RAM installed from the factory. They are 2x8GB SK Hynix 4267MHz. I learnt that the processor I have (2th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1250U) can support upto 64GB memory. How I can upgrade my existing memory to closer to that max capacity (64GB)?

Your notebook's model series comes with onboard system memory which means that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Motherboards in the model series came configured with 8 GB or 16 GB of memory, so your notebook has the most memory offered in the model series.

You will not find many (if any)13" and smaller display notebooks that come with removable/upgradable memory.
