HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec2021nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

What is max RAM size supported by HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec2021nr laptop?

It's sold with one 8GB-3200 module installed.

Can it be upgraded to 2x16 GB? What about 2x32GB?

What is the right type of memory module to buy?

Thank you,

Sea5

Yes and that would be my recommended source for the memory. Please accept as solution to help others find it from search engines. Good luck.

Here is your Service Manual:

pp. 28-32. Memory upgrade is in the customer self-repair section so no warranty worries on this.

The laptop uses DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM, which will bridge (downclock) to -2666 speed. 32 gigs (2 x 16 gb) is the maximum memory.

Thank a lot for the info. So this will work to get the max 32 GB, right?
