Hi @Nickkr

supports 32 GB of DDR4-2400 type ram, it can use higher frequency but will be reduced to 2400.

About the M.2 NVMe disk you can use any size you want from 1 Tb, 2 Tb or more.

Hi again,

after a lot of time waiting for the rams to arrive, when a changed it i had the caps lock key blinking 5 times slow and then i think 3 times fast and it wasn't able to boot or to enter on bios.

I try to change the motherboard slots for each ram, with the same result.

The upgrade ram is the

RAM MUSHKIN MRA4S320NNNF16GX2 REDLINE SERIES 32GB (2X16GB) SO-DIMM DDR4 3200MHZ DUAL CHANNEL.,

but when i plug again the old  8Gb 3200 ddr4 the laptop works fine.

Any ideas about thiw problem?

Thanks in adnavce..

This sequence shows that the BIOS is corrupted, if you put your original memories, the error still occurs.

No there is no problem with the original ram. The laptop works great

test each memory separately and per slot and see if it is working or if there is any damaged memory. Unfortunately I can't tell you if the memory you buy is reliable, I don't know that brand.
