Hello!

I can't find how max ram support my HP x360 — 11-ab013ur (product number: 1JL50EA).

Currently installed 4GB. Can I upgrade to 8GB?

Hi,

Yes. Your notebook supports max 8GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM

There is one slot, so you will need to replace the 4GB module with an 8GB module.

On page 33 of the service manual, you can see how to replace the RAM module
